Valley Sun Dry Jubilee
Ala Chardonnay
Ingredients:
7 large garlic cloves (sliced long)
1 bay leaf
3
handfuls of Valley Sun Chef Ready Double Diced Sun Dried Tomatoes
Chardonnay
1 1/2 Tbs dry or fresh chopped oregano
1/2 Tsp fennel
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 large can tomato sauce
Pasta
Directions:
Sauté garlic until clear to golden brown
Add bay leaf
Add Valley Sun Chef Ready Double Diced Sun Dried Tomatoes
Cover with chardonnay
Add oregano, fennel, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, more chardonnay
and tomato sauce
Bring to low boil
Reduce heat to low
Simmer covered 2-3 hours and serve over pasta
