Dried Tomato Sausage Dip
Ingredients:
One 16 oz. tube breakfast pork sausage
16 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Valley Sun Products Sun Dried Tomatoes sauteed in olive oil &
drained
Directions:
In a large skillet cook sausage until lightly browned.
Drain off fat.
Add cream cheese and sun dried tomatoes and stir over low heat until dip
is warmed and creamy.
Garnish with sun dried tomato strips and serve warm with corn chips.
This can also be used as a quesadilla filling.
This recipe serves 15-20 people
