Sun Dried Tomato Roasted Garlic Truffle Butter

  • Lightly Salted Butter 1 #
  • Sun dried Tomato Powder 2 T
  • Truffle Oil 2 T
  • Fresh Basil 2 tops for garnish

Soften butter ever so slightly in microwave or sitting @ room temp, fold in sun dried tomato powder and truffle oil until smooth.

* A cool serving suggestion would be to pipe small stars of butter onto wax paper with a pastry bag and use star tip. Place into freezer. shill and store frozen butter stars in an air tight container, reserve for future use. Individual butter stars can be stored for a month or more frozen.

* Yield 2.5 cups
