Southwest Sun Dried Tomato Dip

  • Cream Cheese 1 #
  • Green Onions Chopped 1/4 cup
  • Sun dried Tomato Strips 1/2 Cup
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tsp
  • Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce 1 T
  • Chicken base or Vegetable base 1 T
  • Cilantro 2 sprigs for garnish

Soften cream cheese slightly in microwave 10-15 seconds. ( don't forget to remove the foil wrapper, the microwave doesn't like foil! ) In large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, shopped green onions sun dried tomato strips, sweet chili sauce, chicken or veggie base and finally the fine chopped chipotle peppers. Fold ingredients together and place in a serving dish or bowl and garnish w/ some shopped green onions and the cilantro.

Serve with a few toasted pita chips, tortilla chips or your favorite cracker!!
