Valley Sun Savory Southwest Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

1#     Cream Cheese

8oz.          Valley Sun SunDried Tomato Toss N Topping

1 tablespoon    Chipotle in adobo sauce

1 tablespoon    Chicken base or vegetable base

(if you want to keep it vegetarian )

 

3 tablespoons   Sweet Chili Sauce

1 bunch           Green onions

Cooking Instructions

Soften Cream Cheese in mixer with chix or vege base

till well blended

 

 add pureed chipotle pepper

 

add 2  teaspoon sweet chili sauce

add sliced green onions

 (o.k. so that's not so Southwest. You got Me!!!!)

 

add Valley Sun Sundried tomato Toss N Topping

 

** Don't forget to reserve a few sundried tomatoes & green

onions to sprinkle on top for garnish
