Zesty Sun Dried Tomato Appetizer
Ingredients
1/2 cup Valley Sun Products Julienne Cut Tomatoes in OilTwo 3 oz. packages softened cream cheese
3 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. oil from sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients, except basil, in a blender and process for 1 minute.Mix in basil.
Place in covered bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
Sprinkle sun dried tomato shakes on top and use as a vegetable and/or chip dip, spread on crackers or baguettes of French bread.
