Matt Travao, Quality Assurance Manager

Born and raised in Modesto, CA Matt Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Marine Biology from California State University, Stanislaus. After graduation he spent two years at USC in a Marine Molecular Biology research laboratory where he had the opportunity to travel to Antarctica to collect samples for research.Matt moved back to the Central Valley and decided to pursue a career in food quality as a Microbiologist for Silliker Laboratories. Following Silliker Labs, Matt worked with CKE Restaurants heading their quality department for the Manteca, CA distribution center. Matt joined the VSP Products team in April 2007.
