Farm fresh tomatoes are floated out of fiberglass gondolas. This method also helps to keep the tomatoes from bruising while being unloaded. Water helps the tomatoes to float onto a conveyor belt on their way to being washed and finally a fresh water rinse before they are sorted.

Though we contract for a specific size and quality, our tomatoes pass through a optical scanner to ensure that only the finest tomatoes with the best color are selected. We go one step further by employing a team of QC workers to visually inspect them as well.
