VSP Products, Inc. is pleased to spotlight two new and exciting Sun Dried Tomato products!

Toss 'N Topping is a ready to eat item featuring Julienne strip Sun Dried Tomatoes lightly tossed in oil and Italian style spices.

This item was originally developed by our R&D Department as a product topping for the pizza industry to use in place of our standard sun dried tomatoes to prevent charring or scorching What we have found is that Chefs across the country have been using the TNT on everything from Pasta Salads to Meat Loaf! Toss 'N Topping comes packed in a 1x1 gallon plastic tub and has a shelf life of 12 months after opening. This product must be kept under refrigeration.

Based on the overwhelming response for our Toss 'N Topping, our R&D crew went to work on developing the next Toss 'N Topping item our, Toss 'N Topping Fruit Medley. In this new product we start with our Toss 'N Topping base and add a selection of dried fruits including Pears, Peaches and Cranberries. This item is perfect when stuffed in a pork loin or on top of baked or grilled fish and poultry. Try topping a bed of mixed field greens with our new TNT Fruit Medley for a refreshing summer salad. Searching for a delicious dessert? Try rolling our TNT FM into pizza dough for a fruit filled pizza pocket!
